  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

API Key Usage and Security

  • Key Confidentiality: If you are issued API keys to access the BrianOnAI back-end, you must treat such keys as confidential and not share them with third parties
  • Usage Responsibility: You are responsible for all usage and charges incurred via your API keys; BrianOnAI is not liable for costs resulting from compromised keys
  • Security Best Practices: You agree to implement industry-standard measures to protect your keys and not embed them in publicly accessible code
  • We reserve the right to rotate or revoke keys if we detect suspicious activity or a potential security compromise

Subscription and Billing Terms

  • Paid subscriptions and API credits are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice

3. Community Features

Community Guidelines

When participating in BrianOnAI community channels, you agree to:

  • Treat other members with respect and professionalism
  • Not share confidential or proprietary information without authorization
  • Not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or spam
  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent your professional affiliation

AI-Assisted Community Facilitators

To foster meaningful discussions and ensure our community channels remain active and helpful, BrianOnAI utilizes AI-assisted community facilitators. These facilitators participate in discussions to:

  • Welcome new members
  • Share relevant industry insights
  • Facilitate conversations on AI governance topics
  • Ensure questions receive timely responses

AI-assisted facilitators are designed to provide helpful, relevant information but should not be considered as professional advice. Facilitators operate under our standard community guidelines and are part of our commitment to maintaining an engaging community experience.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate community guidelines without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, frameworks, and platform features are the property of BrianOnAI unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without permission.

Resource Library

Materials in our resource library are provided for your professional use. Premium content may not be redistributed, resold, or publicly shared without authorization.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By posting content, you grant BrianOnAI a non-exclusive license to use and display your content in connection with the platform.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
